Picnic Designer Job Description
Join our team at Raleigh Picnic Co. as a Picnic Designer for the 2024 season! We're seeking creative individuals with a passion for curating memorable outdoor experiences. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their preferences and vision for their picnic experience.
- Design and set up picnic layouts, including picnic placement for optimum comfort, seating arrangements, decor, meal, and ambiance.
- Coordinate with vendors for catering, floral arrangements, and other picnic amenities.
- Ensure timely and professional execution of picnics, providing exceptional customer service throughout.
-Transport picnics between parks and the office
-Clean up picnics
-Pack items strategically in order to avoid any damage to inventory
- Safe food handling practices.
Requirements:
-Strong creative and aesthetic sensibility.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience in event planning, hospitality, or photography preferred, but not required.
- Availability on weekends and holidays, as needed.
-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
-Valid driver’s license and vehicle large enough to transport several bins and picnic basket
